“Cultivating Leadership” was the main theme at YAA Assembly this year as Salovey emphasized Yale’s goal to train inspirational leaders. This talk fits in well with this theme and is appropriate for all of us given most of us have some leadership responsibilities—whether it is an associate managing a group of analysts to chief executives running a major corporation.
President Salovey pioneered the field of emotional intelligence, and emotional intelligence is now recognized as an important ingredient to good leadership, so please join Bernice in this very unique lunch talk.

About the Event

Are you annoyed and frustrated that your team doesn’t show initiative?   Join Bernice Lee to discover how to inspire your team to be more engaged by being an emotionally intelligent leader.  In this action-packed session you’ll:

• Experience first-hand what it’s like to be an engaging, charismatic leader

• Learn the basics of “Demonstrated Emotional Intelligence”, a scientific, research-backed model of emotional intelligence in the workplace

• Create an action plan for you to move yourself forward! It’s a disservice to hold back your business from performing at its best because your team isn’t doing their best. Give them what they need to go the extra mile for you.

This event is co-hosted with the Harvard Business School Association of Hong Kong.
