“Cultivating Leadership” was the main theme at YAA Assembly this year as Salovey emphasized Yale’s goal to train inspirational leaders. This talk fits in well with this theme and is appropriate for all of us given most of us have some leadership responsibilities—whether it is an associate managing a group of analysts to chief executives running a major corporation.
 
President Salovey pioneered the field of emotional intelligence, and emotional intelligence is now recognized as an important ingredient to good leadership, so please join Bernice in this very unique lunch talk.
